The '16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence' campaign runs from November 25 until December 10 and there will be three information talks on Monday, December 1 at the Mary O'Hara Centre for Leadership at LWL.
Three three talks include 'Domestic abuse' (from 10am to 11am), 'Post separation abuse' (from 11.30am to 12.30pm) and 'Migrant women experiencing domestic abuse' (from 1.30pm until 2.30pm).
Natalie O'Reilly, a DV Service Co-Ordinator said it is a chance to reach out to women and girls in county Longford and offer them practical, emotional and psychological support.
