Caroline Kiernan is heading to the 'Late Late Toy Show' today.

The student from St Teresa's Killoe National School held their own fundraiser on December 4 in advance to her heading to Dublin:

"Today was a truly magical day in Killoe National School as we celebrated our Christmas Jumper Day in honour of our wonderful 6th Class pupil, Caroline Kiernan, who will be appearing on the Late Late Toy Show tomorrow night!" they wrote on their Facebook page.

The school wore festive colours as students and staff proudly wore their Christmas jumper and brought in a €2 donation in support of LauraLynn, a charity very close to Caroline’s heart. LauraLynn was the charity that Caroline cut 12 inches off of her hair for back in June, 2025.

Seamus's late wife, Bernadette, had a Facebook page called Bernadette Ireland, which is currently being updated to build traction for the haircut. Although Caroline has her heart set in cutting her hair, she also had support from someone who was doing a similar act: https://www.facebook.com/bernadette.ireland.7
