Longford County Council socials have posted the following advice for the community: 

Met Éireann has issued a Status Orange warning for Longford as Storm Bram brings very strong to gale force southerly winds with severe gusts today.

Potential Impacts in Longford:

-Difficult travel conditions – take extra care on the roads

-Debris and loose objects may be displaced

-Plan travel carefully and allow extra time
