A huge well done to our U16 Camogie team on their huge win over Tullow Community School on Tuesday, 24th February.
The girls showed great skill and determination from start to finish, with an impressive final scoreline of 3-10 to 0-3. Our school community are very proud of how well this team have progressed, especially as this year marked the return of competitive camogie to our school after a long absence.

The girls now progress to play Maynooth Community College in the Leinster Final. We wish them every success in their next game!

SETU Carlow 7-a-side Blitz
This week, our senior girls and senior boys football teams attended a 7-a-side blitz at SETU Carlow on Tuesday 24th and Thursday 26th respectively. Both teams demonstrated great skill on the day and progressed well through their competitions. Congratulations to Michaela Hand and Max Gallagher who were selected as part of the Team of the Tournament for their excellent performances throughout their competitions.

We are very proud of how the teams represented our school community at both events, not only demonstrating their ability but also their team work, good humour, and friendships made throughout their time in Mercy Ballymahon. For our 6th year students on both teams, this was the final time for them to wear the Mercy Ballymahon jersey.
