The death occurred suddenly but peacefully at her home, on Saturday, March 21, 2026 of Lena Martin (née Cuffe), Moorhill, Castlenugent, Granard, Longford.
Predeceased by her beloved husband Willie. Lena will be sadly missed and always remembered by her loving family, sons Liam and Eoin, daughters Fiona and Lorraine, her adored grandchildren Liam óg, Chris, Molly and Lilly, her sister May and brother Jim, daughter-in-law Barbara, Lorraine’s partner Philip, extended family, many good friends and neighbours. Reposing at her home at Castlenugent, Granard (eircode N39AX90) on Tuesday, March 24 from 4pm to 8pm. Removal from her home on Wednesday, March 25 to St Mary’s Church Granard for Funeral Mass at 12 noon followed by burial in Granardkill Cemetery. House private please outside of reposing times. Sheila Keogh (née Ganly), Leitrim, Dring, Longford

The death occurred peacefully at MRH Tullamore in the loving arms of her family on Monday, March 23, 2026 of Sheila Keogh (née Ganly), Leitrim, Dring, Co Longford.
Predeceased by her parents William and Annie Ganly, brothers, Liam, Tommy, Joe and Paddy and sisters Nuala (Newman) and Betty (Igoe). Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her loving husband Pat, daughters Rose Fitzsimons (John), Eilish Comerford (Paul) and Caroline McHale (Albert) and her son Liam. Sadly missed by her nine adored grandchildren, sister Maureen Dillon (Kildare) and brother Bernard Ganly (Tang), brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and neighbours. Removal to St Columba's Church, Mullinalaghta N39EY17 on Tuesday evening, March 24 commencing with prayers at 6pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday morning, March 25 at 11am. Interment afterwards in local cemetery.

The death occurred peacefully at Lough Erril Private Nursing Home, surrounded by her loving family in the care of the nurses and staff of Lough Erril Private Nursing Home on Tuesday, March 24, 2026 of Maureen Flynn (née Moran), late of Drumlowan, Gorvagh, Co. Leitrim, formerly Skymartin, Eslin.
Predeceased by her husband Michael, parents John and Mary, brothers, John, Jim, Packie and Tommie. Beloved mother of Mary (Sean), Anne (Jim), Don (Patricia) and Gerrard (Mary). Sadly missed by her sister Peggy, her nine grandchildren, Sinead, Cormac, Niall, Darragh, Orla, Anthony, Danielle, Aileen and Kevin, six great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends. Removal to St Patrick's Church, Mohill on Thursday, March 26 to arrive for Funeral Mass at 12 noon, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.

Beloved wife of Con, much loved mother of Mary & Cathal, adored grandmother of Andrew & Eibhlin and dearly loved daughter of Anne. Kathleen will be sadly missed by her husband, daughter, son, grandchildren, mother, daughter-in-law Maeve, brother Thomas, extended family, relatives and friends. The death occurred peacefully on Monday, March 9, 2026 of Paul Hughes, Toronto, Canada and formerly of Dublin Street and Brickeens, Longford.
Pre-deceased by his father Mike, mother Mollie and by his brothers-in-law John Mike McCarthy, Frank Seyers and Séamus Tiernan.
Paul will be missed and forever remembered by his wife Peg, sons David, sister Mary Tiernan (Longford), daughter-in-law Becca, nephews Damian, nieces Gillian, Carmel and Laura, grand nephews, grand nieces, cousins and many friends both in Longford and Toronto. The death occurred peacefully at his home on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 of Noel (Michael) McKiernan, Rugeley Staffordshire UK and formerly of Owen Roe Terrace, Cavan.
Predeceased by his wife Margaret, infant daughter Marie, parents James and Maisie and brothers Jim (Australia) and Mattie (UK).
Noel is survived by his sons Martin (Carolyn) and son William, Colin (Michelle) and sons Gary and Terry, all UK.
Sisters Rosaleen Callaghan (Newport, Co. Mayo), Maura Walsh (Granard, Co. Longford), Dympna Molloy, (Swellan Cavan), Una Graham (Glenlara Cavan) and Seán (Drumcrave, Cavan). Sisters-in-law Jean McKiernan (Australia) Jackie Mc Kiernan (Australia) and Mary Mc Kiernan (UK), his adored nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
Noel's Requiem Mass will be on Thursday, April 9 in St. Joseph's Church, Rugeley, Staffordshire WS15 2EH followed by cremation at Stafford Crematorium ST16 3AQ. "Go ndéana Dia trócaire ar a anam".
