The death occurred peacefully in the tender care of the nurses and staff of Cúram Care, Navan Road, Dublin 7 on Monday, March 30, 2026 of Claire Ruddy, Dublin and formerly of Longford town.
Pre-deceased by her parents Michael and Catherine, sisters Agnes and Mary and by her brother Frank. Claire will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her family, devoted sister Sr. Beatrice, niece, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends. May she rest in peace.

Predeceased by her loving and devoted husband Tom; her parents Mary and Christopher Donlon; her sister Mary; and her brothers Jack, Peter, Noel and Joe. Ann’s family wish to sincerely thank the staff of Mullingar Regional Hospital — the doctors, nurses, care assistants, A&E staff, and the staff of Medical 2 and Medical 4 — with special thanks to the Palliative Care Team for their compassion and kindness to Ann in her last days.
