Longford Ploughing Association will hold their annual novice ploughing workshop in Taghshinny
Longford Ploughing Association will hold their annual novice ploughing workshop in Taghshinny, this Friday, April 3 at 12 noon. It’s a great opportunity for new people to learn more about ploughing.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own tractor and plough along for the day. Any type of tractor or plough is welcome.
It’s great to have Longford IFA on board as sponsor of the novice ploughing workshop. The best performing newbie on the day will win a place to compete at the National Ploughing in September.
Hot food is served on the field thanks to Harriette & Charlie Stewart and Midland Restoration. Full training, mentoring and support is provided by Longford Ploughing mentors throughout this process.
