It was an occasion to cherish on Sunday, March 29 as Longford hosted the Midlands Multicultural Eid Festival for first time. H.E. Mariam Madiha Aftab, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to Ireland attended the Eid Festival in St Mary’s Hall, Edgeworthstown, organised by members of the Longford POC (Pakistani Overseas Community) team.
