A charity truck run that took place on Sunday hit an astonishing target four times what the organisers originally anticipated. Brian's Truck Run raised over €20,000 for two charities and honours the memory of a young Longford man who tragically lost his life this time last year. Organised by Katie McGinnity and Emily Reilly the Brian McGinnity memorial Truck Run has two charity beneficiaries - Vita House and Cian's Kennels. Over 180 trucks took part.

Longford Leader photographer Shelley Corcoran made her way to Providers, Longford last Sunday morning ahead of the truck run getting underway and don't forget to tag and share with your friends!
