Louth County Council has given the go ahead for ten new detached homes at Seafield Road in Blackrock.

MWAC Property Ltd applied to the local planning authority in May of last year for planning permission for ten detached dwelling units including alterations to existing site entrance, at Seafield Road in Blackrock.

Louth County Council requested further information on the proposed development in July 2021, which included a request to revisit the layout and give consideration to the provision of a seamless interface between the site and the adjoining open space in Rathmount.

Following the the provision of significant further information on the proposed development to Louth County Council, conditional planning permission was granted on 19 January.
