Plans for six new houses in Tallanstown in Co Louth
Plans are underway for six new houses at Tallanstown with a planning application lodged this week with Louth County Council.
Rainberry Limited has applied to the local planning authority for planning permission for the material change of use of lands at Glydeview, Rathbrist, Tallanstown to construct six two storey, three bed, semi-detached dwellings.
The planning application also seeks permission for the upgrade of open space to provide a football/play area, as well as the connection and extension to the existing road and footpath network.
A decision is due on the application by 17 April with submissions due by 27 March 2023.
