Louth Village all set for St Patrick's Day celebrations

It’s all systems go for Friday’s events in the village organized by Louth Abbey Vintage Club for St Patricks Day.

No need for early morning cooking at home with breakfast being served from 10 O’clock in the Community hub.

From 12 O’clock. Declan Nerney will be entertaining the crowds and will sing his song wee county of Louth.

The club are inviting all business, sporting clubs and organisations to participate by entering a float on the day and already a good number have expressed interest in taking part, all entries are free of charge and it would be great to get as many as possible to join in the day’s entertainment.

There will be prizes for the best dressed lady and gent.

Free painting and entertainment for all children during the day and the parade will commence at 1 o’clock and hopefully the weather will be fine for the occasion.

Best of luck to everyone involved!
