This week's Late Late Show will feature music from Dundalk artist David Keenan who will perform his viral hit 'El Paso', which he wrote when he was just 14 years old as an ode to the town.

El Paso features on his new EP Crude Boyo available from today.

Keenan has been described as a "songwriter and lyricist who has continued to defy categorisation by avoiding the obvious," he has released two previously critically acclaimed albums -"A Beginner's Guide to Bravery" released in 2020, which reached number 1 in the Independent Charts & the 2021 follow up "WHAT THEN?" widely received as a critical triumph.

Other works include a collection of poetry "Soundings of an Unnamed Bird" & the live album "Alchemy & Prose".

He has toured consistently for over five years, building a committed live following throughout Ireland, the UK, Europe and North America with notable events including two headline nights in Dublin's Olympia theatre, the main stage of Electric Picnic, residencies in Paris and New York's Irish Arts Centres & most recently writing the music for Evanne Kilgallon's debut play 'AN LÁR'.

Also featured on tonight’s show will be Grand Slam winners Dan Sheehan, Andrew Porter and Josh Van Der Flier.

Host Ryan Tubridy will speak to the lads about the days of celebrations that followed Saturday's historic victory and why the night before the game was one of the most surreal experiences they've ever had as a team.

PJ Kirby and Kevin Twomey will also make an appearance.

As they celebrate the 100th episode of their hit podcast, I'm Grand Mam's PJ Kirby and Kevin Twomey will be on the couch to chat about how Paul Mescal begged to be on their show, Irish boys and their undying love for their mammies, and why they are fairly certain Michael Collins is a fan!

Laura DeBarra is back for The Late Late Big Repair Challenge! Five passion projects were carefully selected and will be unveiled on the show ahead of their beautiful restoration which will be revealed in the coming weeks.

Plus, the programme will showcase music from English singer-songwriter Freya Ridings, who will perform her newest single Weekends.

The show goes out tonight at 9.35pm on RTÉ 1.
