Louth captain Sam Mulroy named in the starting 15 to face Westmeath

Sam Mulroy looks set to make a return to the Louth team having been named by Mickey Harte in the starting 15 for their Leinster Championship clash with Westmeath tomorrow afternoon in Navan (throw in 2PM).

The Naomh Mairtin clubman picked up an injury during a National League game with Kildare back in March and has not featured for the Wee County ever since.

He replaces Conall McKeever in attack in what is the sole change from the side that faced Dublin in Croke Park in the final round of their Division Two campaign.

There is also some interesting names on the bench with Dundalk Gaels Dylan McKeown making the matchday panel, having just been brought into Senior setup recently to bolster numbers. Paul Matthews is also among the subs, having recovered from an injury picked up prior to the their opening league game away to Clare.    

Louth team vs Westmeath: James Califf; Daniel Corcoran, Peter Lynch, Donal McKenny; Leonard Grey, Niall Sharkey, Ciarán Murphy; Tommy Durnin, Conor Early; Liam Jackson, Sam Mulroy, Conor Grimes; Dáire McConnon, Ciarán Downey, Ryan Burns.

Subs: Peter McStravick, Alan Connor, Jay Hughes, Ciarán Keenan, Craig Lennon, Conal McCaul, Oisín McGuinness, Conall McKeever, Dylan McKeown, Paul Mathews, Anthony Williams.
