"Communities Supporting Communities" that is the motto of CFR (Cardiac First Responders ) Castlebellingham.
CFR Castlebellingham has been set up for many years now and support the National Ambulance Service and the community in medical Emergencies.
The responders can often reach the patient before the ambulance arrives and provide care and support for the patient and their families.
CFR Dundalk have been recruiting and training for the last year and will be going live in the next few weeks, and CFR Castlebellingham has provided them with a defibrillator on a 1 year loan scheme.
