North East Vintage Car Club in conjunction with Louth Abbey Vintage Club held a vintage fundraiser in Louth Village on 23 April, in aid of the Irish Kidney Association.
The event included a classic car run and tractor run, as well as a charity auction. The fundraiser was a huge success with €9, 091 raised.
North East Vintage Car Club, which is in existence since 1982, meets informally at 8.00 pm on the first Thursday of each month at The Valley Inn, Dunleer, Co. Louth. New members, they say, will receive a warm welcome. Follow their activities on their Facebook page here.
