Today, Allianz, sponsors of the GAA All-Ireland Senior Football Championship, has released the final episode its mini-series, 'Write Your Own Story'.
The final episode of the series, which can be viewed below, centres around Louth inter-county star Ciaran Byrne, as he focuses on his recovery from an ACL injury suffered during this year’s Allianz League fixture against Clare. Despite missing Louth’s incredible run in this year’s Championship, which came to an end last weekend, Ciaran is determined to re-join his teammates in 2024 as Louth look to progress to division one of the Allianz Football League.
The series, which has run throughout June, showcases the Championship's all-encompassing nature and it’s direct connection to the Allianz Leagues, from the perspective of the individuals involved - whether a player, volunteer, or spectator - as they display the true essence of the GAA.
