Homes without power in Dundalk as Storm Debi hits

Homes across Dundalk are without power this morning as Storm Debi crosses the region.

ESB Networks is reporting that 610 customers in the area are without power. A fault in the Coes Road area has left 493 customers without electricity and a further 117 are without power in Dundalk.

The estimated time for the restoration of power, ESB Networks says, is 6pm today.

In Bush in north Louth, 121 are without power, with ESB Networks saying estimating a restoration time of 6pm today.

In Kilsaran another 42 are without electricity and in Ballybailie 173 are affected. ESB Networks are estimating a restoration time of 6pm today.
