The death has occurred of Denis Leahy of Priorland Road, Dundalk, Co Louth
Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday 28 November 2023, in the love and tender care of St. Oliver's Nursing Home and previously by Blackrock Abbey Nursing Home. Predeceased by his parents Cornelius and Eileen, brothers Niall and John (late of Macroom, Co. Cork).
Denis will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his devoted wife Delma (Fidelma), his treasured daughters Aoife, Fiona and Denise, his supportive sisters Vera, Kathleen and Nuala, sons in-law Jeff Murphy, Erik Lithander and Terry Minford, his cherished grandchildren Finn, Donnacha, Rory and Cara, brothers in-law, sisters in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at his residence in Priorland Road from 3pm to 8pm on Thursday. Removal on Friday morning at 10.40am driving to St. Fursey's Church, Haggardstown, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am followed by burial in adjoining cemetery. House private on Friday morning by request. Family flowers only, donations, if desired, to Parkinson's Association of Ireland.
