The people at Creative Spark in Dundalk say they are "delighted" to invite the public to the next instalment of the Open House series in their FabLab on 13 December at 6pm.
In the second edition of the FabLab Open House, attendees will have the opportunity to witness the unveiling of the Fab Academy Diploma and Scholarship, offering a unique pathway for individuals interested in digital fabrication, 3D CAD, and 3D printing.
The event will feature a presentation by guest speaker Seán D McKenna. Seán will share insights into his work and experiences, offering a glimpse into the evolving landscape of digital design.
Participants will also be able to engage in a hands-on experience, as they get the chance to design and cut their very own Christmas tree decorations using Creative Spark's state-of-the-art laser-cutting machines.
The event is seen as a chance to connect with like-minded individuals. Tea, coffee, beers, and light snacks will be provided, creating a relaxed atmosphere for networking and conversation.
To secure your spot and enjoy free access to the event, tickets can be booked via this link, https://creativespark.ie/events/event/2nd-fablab-open-house
