Dundalk Institute of Technology
The Dundalk Institute of Technology (DKIT) School of Business and Humanities says it is delighted to announce that it will host an immersive free Chinese Summer Camp this year from June 17 to June 28.
This project is funded by the Department of Education, through Languages Connect and Post-Primary Languages Ireland (PPLI) to promote foreign language learning.
This Summer Camp aims to encourage an awareness of the Chinese language and culture among secondary school students. The two-week camp provides language classes in the morning, and fun cultural activities in the afternoon for young learners.
Participants will also have a unique field trip opportunity to visit Wuxi Biologic, one of China’s largest companies, to gain invaluable insights into international business and innovation.
No prior knowledge of the Chinese language and culture is required to participate in this Summer Camp. Those interested can make an application for the camp here.
