A former pub on Dyer Street in Drogheda has been listed for sale as a major commercial redevelopment opportunity. 

Corcoran's Pub opened as a shop in 1939 and was run as a pub by late businessman, Jim Corcoran, for several decades before its closure in 2019. 

Corcoran sadly passed away several weeks ago. 

The price of the development - which stretches to 545 sqm and comprises the ground floor retail unit as well as two floors of residential accommodation - is available on application.
