Bathers are advised not to swim until further notice

An investigation is underway

Louth County Council have advised that there is a temporary bathing prohibition at Seapoint beach.

Bathers are advised not to swim here until further notice due to elevated results taken from a sample on the 23rd July 2024. 

The beach at Seapoint is closed until further notice and an investigation is underway.
