The Irish-language film is based on rap trio Kneecap
The film Kneecap, which filmed some of its scenes in Dundalk and north Louth, will hold its Dublin premiere tonight.
Scenes were filmed on New Street in Dundalk as well as at The Spirit Store and in Greenore.
The Irish-language film based on rap trio Kneecap recently won an audience award at the prestigious Sundance film festival.

Promoters say the film, set in west Belfast in 2019, chronicles how fate brings the trio together and how they then go on to “change the sound of Irish music forever”.
Last week it was selected to represent Ireland in the International Feature Film category at the Oscars.
