Dundalk Stadium is calling all racing enthusiasts and families to join them for their flagship event, the Bar One Racing Dual Race Day, on Thursday, August 15th.

^“Witness an afternoon of exhilarating horse racing, culminating in the prestigious Red God Handicap, the crown jewel of the horse racing program”, a Dundalk Stadium spokesperson said.

“The excitement doesn't end there!

“Between racing, the lively 6 for 7 Band will keep the energy high, while the Jazz Band serenades guests by the entrance, creating a relaxed atmosphere.

“As dusk settles, brace yourself for heart-pounding greyhound racing, featuring the incredible Sprint Cup Final with a staggering €20,000 prize for the champion.”

But the Bar One Racing Dual Race Day is more than just racing it is the ultimate family fun day, packed with free activities to keep children of all ages entertained including:

• Get up close and cuddly with adorable animals at the Phil's Farm Mobile Petting Zoo, featuring chickens, bunnies, guinea pigs, and even a falabella pony (pony rides available!).

• Let your kids loose in the exciting Double Decker Kids Playbus.

• Meet some feathered friends with Navan Birds of Prey.

• Unleash their creativity with balloon animals and face painting from Billy Bonka Party Entertainment.

• Learn about racing in a fun way at the interactive Front Runner Kids Racing Club workshop.

• Enjoy pony rides at the returning Pony Party Company.

People can upgrade their experience with a luxurious package at The View Restaurant, choosing between an afternoon or evening option, both offering a four-course meal, a table with a panoramic view of the races, and convenient table-side betting.
