Plans underway for 31 new homes in Dromiskin
Plans are underway to construct 31 new homes in Dromiskin with a planning application lodged with the local authority.
Padraig Hand has applied to Louth County Council for planning permission for the development at Model Farm Road, Dromiskin, Co Louth, seeking the go ahead for the construction of 31 homes on a site of circa. 1.3248 hectares.
The proposed 31 homes consist of nine semi-detached, four bed, two storey houses; 19 semi-detached, three bed, two storey houses; and three detached, four bed, two storey houses. All dwellings are provided with private amenity space in the form of private gardens.
The development includes the widening of the Model Farm Road, provision of a new vehicular entrances and access roads (vehicular and pedestrian access to the proposed development will be via The Model Farm Road), public open & play spaces, and new boundary treatments.
The application also provides for all associated internal access roads, in curtilage parking areas, footpaths, foul and surface water drainage, watermains, site lighting, electricity sub-station, development naming features, retaining walls, all associated / ancillary landscaping and site development works.
A decision is due on the application, which is at a pre-validation stage, by 24 October, with submissions due by 3 October.
