New look Louth Yearbook hits the shelves across the county this week
The Louth Yearbook 2024 featuring interviews, photos and a round-up of the news over the last 12 months is on the shelves across Co Louth right now.
Produced by the Dundalk Democrat/Louth Live team, this is a very special Louth Yearbook, packed full of interviews, stories and photographs that showcase the highlights of 2024 across the county.
As another year draws to an end the Dundalk Democrat team looks back on the communities and people that make the Wee County mighty in our Louth Yearbook.
It has been a busy year, with plenty of milestones being marked, with the residents of Marian Park celebrating the 65th anniversary of the estate; Conlon's Food Hall marking 40 years in business and the Sisters of St Louis leaving Dundalk after 75 years of service to the community, all featuring in our 84-page magazine.
There are interviews with our Olympic hero Kate O'Connor who talks about living her dream; the new owner of the Derryhale Hotel Andy Mackin shares his plans to bring the iconic landmark back to its former glory; and Aoife Curran-Bulter talks about her unique ceremonies for children's milestones; along with much more.

Our photographer Arthur Kinahan also gives readers a view through his lens of some of this year's best moments.
The Louth Yearbook is also packed full of quizzes, puzzles and fun trivia to keep the whole family entertained throughout the festive season and beyond.
Dundalk Democrat Managing Editor Michelle O'Keeffe said: “We are really proud of our Louth Yearbook 2024 that features some of the very best of the people and places that make our county a great place to live.
“It is packed full of stories, interviews, sporting events, and photos of this year's best moments in the Wee County along with loads of puzzles and quizzes to keep our readers entertained.
“We hope it will give you hours of reading and it also makes the perfect present to send to loved ones living abroad that are missing the county and want to get a real taste of home!
“We thank you for your support and hope you enjoy this very special Louth Yearbook.”
