Gardaí are appealing for witnesses following a serious injury road traffic collision on the N33 at Harristown in Ardee Co. Louth
Gardaí and emergency services were alerted to the collision involving a car and a truck at approximately 11.45pm on Tuesday, June 24th.
The driver of the car, an adult male in his late teens, was taken to our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Drogheda to be treated for serious injuries.
There were no other injuries reported.
Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to the incident to come forward.
Any road users who may have camera footage (including dash-cam) from the area between 11.30pm and 12am is asked to make it available to Gardaí.

Investigations are ongoing.
