Dundalk Courthouse
A 23-year- old man charged in connection with a collision in north Louth, had his case adjourned at Dundalk District Court last week for the service of a book of evidence.
Shayne Callan with an address at Carrickagarva, Castlebelayney is charged with dangerous driving causing serious bodily harm at Carrickarnan, Ravensdale on September 28th last year.
The court was told in July that the DPP has directed it be dealt with on indictment.
Last Wednesday Judge Susan Fay adjourned the case to October 1st and extended time for service of the book.
