The Ramparts Shopping Centre has gone on the market with a guide price of €950,000.
Spanning approximately 8,000 sq. ft., the centre comprises seven retail units (Nos. 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 & 9A) and currently generates an annual rental income of €90,000.
