The death has occurred of Patrick Gavan Duffy of Rathmore Cottages, Kilkerley, Dundalk, Co Louth
Predeceased by his son Gavin, grandson Gavin, parents Mary Ann and Peter and sisters Kathleen and Angela. He will be sadly missed by his heartbroken wife Gwen, sons and daughters Peter, Lisa, Joanne and Michael, sisters and brothers Trisha, Mary, Sylvia, Briege, Martin, John, Francie and Alice, his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family and many friends.
Reposing in the Eternity Room of Quinn’s Funeral Homes, Dundalk on both Tuesday and Wednesday from 3pm-8pm. Funeral arrangements later. Enquiries to Quinn’s Funeral Homes.

The death has occurred of Colm McLoughlin of Carlinn Heath Nursing Home, Mullaharlin Road, Dundalk, Co Louth / Crumlin, Co Dublin
Peacefully, in the dedicated care of the staff of Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda. Predececeased by his parents Jack and Margaret and siblings Jessie, Gerry, Eilish and Peter. He will be sadly missed by his brothers John and Gussie, his extended family, friends and the nurses and carers within his Carlinn Heath family.
Reposing in the Serenity Room of Quinn’s Funeral Homes, Dundalk on Tuesday from 2pm - 4.30pm. Funeral Mass will take place in St. Fursey's Church, Haggardstown on Wednesday, October 15th at 12.30pm. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Enquiries to Quinn's Funeral Homes.

The death has occurred of Bernadette (Bernie) Breen (née Devine) of Moorehall Rise, Ardee, Co Louth
Peacefully at Our Lady Of Lourdes hospital, Drogheda on Sunday 12 October 2025. Predeceased by her parents Andy and Kathleen, and will be sadly missed by her loving and devoted husband Eamonn, her son and daughters Gillian, Joanne, Eamonn, Aoife and Emma, her cherished grandchildren Ben, Tadhg, Calum, Lily, Emily, Harry B, Katie, Molly, Harry C, Heidi and Shay, sons-in-law Thomas, Gerry and Mark, daughter-in-law Deirdre, sisters Patricia, Mary and Roisin, brother Andrew, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and good friends.
Bernie will repose at her home on Tuesday from 4pm to 8pm and Wednesday from 4pm to 8pm. House private Thursday morning please. Removal on Thursday, leaving her home at 9.30am on foot to Church Of The Nativity Of Our Lady, Ardee arriving for 10am Funeral mass. Burial afterwards in Old St. Mary's Cemetery, Ardee. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to Ardee & District Cancer Support.
