The death has occurred of Mary Connell of Dundalk Care Centre, Dundalk, Co Louth / Ballsbridge, Co Dublin
Peacefully, in the dedicated care of her Silverstream family at Dundalk Care Centre, having previously been cared for at Clontarf Private Nursing Home. Deeply and sincerely regretted by her nurses, carers and all who knew her.
Mary’s funeral has taken place privately.

The death has occurred of Séamus Martin of Treagh, Inniskeen, Co Louth
Peacefully and in the presence of his family, on 4 October 2025, in Pennsylvania USA. Sadly missed and remembered with love by his sons Séamus, Anthony and Michael, daughter Elizabeth and their mother Josephine, his brothers John and Paddy, sisters Mary, Eileen and Sheila, sister-in-law Lorna, nephews, nieces, extended family, relatives and friends. Séamus is predeceased by his parents John and Anne Martin, brother Kevin and his sister Bridget.
Requiem mass for Séamus was held in St. Richard’s Catholic Church, Mannheim, Pennsylvania. The months mind for Séamus will be held in The Sacred Heart Church, Shelagh, on Sunday 30 November, at 10.30am.

The death has occurred of Ronan Maguire of Marine Drive, Blackrock Cove, Blackrock, Co Louth
Ronan Maguire B.L. (Louth County Coroner). Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday 12 November 2025, in the dedicated care of Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital. Beloved husband of Niamh née Toale, dear father of Ciara, Cillian, Shane and David, loving grandad of Sarah, Jack and Rhea and brother of Aidan and Lelia (McKenna). He will be sadly missed by his loving wife, daughter, sons, grandchildren, brother, sister, son-in-law Chris, daughter-in-law Caoilionn, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
Reposing at his home from 4pm until 8pm on Friday. House private at all other times. Removal on Saturday morning to St. Oliver Plunkett Church, Blackrock arriving for Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in St. Fursey’s Cemetery, Haggardstown. All enquiries to Oisin and Rosemary Rogers, McGeoughs Funerals.

The death has occurred of Ronald (Ronnie) Kavanagh of Artnalivery, Ardee, Co Louth
Peacefully on Tuesday 11 November 2025, under the wonderful care of the staff at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda. Sadly missed by his loving and devoted partner Avril, his son's Morgan and Albert, daughter-in-law Gina, Avril's sons Jamie and Chris (Zelda), his cherished grand-children Libby, Meg, Isabel and Lucy, his sisters Avril and Daphney, nephews, nieces, extended family neighbours and good friends.
Funeral Service in St. Mary's Church, Ardee, Co. Louth on Thursday 13 at 12noon. Burial afterwards in adjoining graveyard.
