The HSE said the nasal spray vaccine is "quick, painless spray" that is administered into each nostril, offering an effective protection against the flu.
Dr Paul Mullan, Consultant in Public Health Medicine, said "Flu can be extremely serious for children and can easily spread within families and communities."
"These free walk-in clinics provide parents with a convenient opportunity to protect their children," he said.
Flu cases have continued to rise, with 816 people hospitalised across the country last week with the illness, a 19 per cent increase on the previous week.
