Circle K have partnered with Too Good To Go to help cut food waste in Louth.
Too Good To Go is the world's largest marketplace for surplus food, and alongside Circle K are offering customers in Louth a deal which includes two sandwiches and two pastries for €4.99.
It comes after a national survey found that eight in ten adults in Louth are concerned about food being thrown away in shops, cafés and petrol stations.
Machaela O'Leary, Sales Manager at Too Good To Go said the partnership with Circle K means Louth residents can save food, money while enjoying fresh meals.
She said it is a "simple, practical way to turn concern into action."

Gillian McGowran, Director of Market Development at Circle K said sustainability is a key priority and customers are looking for ways to reduce food waste in their everyday routines.
"By partnering with Too Good To Go in our Louth stores, we’re making it easier for people on the go to enjoy fresh, great-quality food at excellent value, while helping ensure less food goes to waste," she said.
The survey found that 29 per cent of Louth shoppers end up throwing away food they bought on the go at least once a week.
The offer can be found in Circle K stores in Mellifont and Boyne.
