Reflect will take to the stage in Toales on Saturday night

There is loads happening in Toales Live Venue on Crowe Street in Dundalk again this week.

Thursday 5th March - Fireside Sessions presents Orwells 84 plus Joshua King at 9pm - Free admission.

Fireside Sessions continues its run of intimate original music nights next Thursday, 5 March, with Orwells 84 and support Joshua Kings taking over the fireside corner in Toales Bar.

Music starts at 9pm and admission is, as always, free.

Known for their melodic blend of indie-folk textures and thoughtful songwriting, Orwells 84 have built a strong reputation for warm, engaging live performances that draw listeners in from the first note.

Stripped back and up close, the Fireside Sessions setting promises to showcase the band at their most atmospheric.

Support comes from a Fireside favourite - Joshua King, whose songs carry a grounded, soulful warmth, delivered with honest lyrics and confident melodies that feel both familiar and fresh.

With the lights low, guitars strumming and conversation hushed to a respectful murmur, the Fireside vibe has become a favourite among local music fans — a space where songs take centre stage and artists connect directly with the room.

As always, entry is free, making it the perfect midweek excuse to settle in, discover something new and soak up another night of live music in Dundalk.

Friday 6th March - Dundalk Music Collective presents Bedside Community plus Oceans Myth + Koi - Doors 8pm- Admission only €5.

Dundalk’s live music scene is set for a standout Friday night as Dundalk Music Collective presents Bedside Community + Oceans Myth + Koi at Toales on Friday 6 March.

Doors open at 8 PM, with admission just €5 in true grass-roots support of original music.

Headlining is Bedside Community, the DIY indie project of multi-instrumentalist Roberto Tamburrini, blending lo-fi, indie and genre-fluid influences into intimate, bedroom-born songs that have earned a loyal local following.

Support comes from Oceans Myth, a familiar and much-loved voice at Toales and Fireside Sessions, known for atmospheric melodies and emotive storytelling, while Koi completes the bill with engaging performances and heartfelt indie originals.

Together, the night offers a strong snapshot of Dundalk’s creative energy — varied sounds, genuine performances, and a welcoming, community-driven atmosphere right in the heart of town.

Saturday 7th March – Reflect plus Left Unsaid plus Ilisium - Doors at 8pm - Admission €10.

A vibrant night of live music is set to take over Toales on Saturday 7th March with an exciting triple-bill featuring Reflect, Left Unsaid and Ilisium, with doors swinging open at 8pm and tickets priced at just €10.

Returning to the Toales stage, Belfast's Reflect have quickly made a name for themselves on the Irish rock circuit with their anthemic blend of raw rock energy and catchy hooks.

Their debut single “Wasting My Time” earned airplay on RTÉ 2FM and BBC Radio Ulster, and they've been gathering a loyal following with their dynamic live shows.

Support comes from Newry punk combo Left Unsaid and indie rockers Ilisium,

With a cover charge of only €10 admission this is an accessible night out for music lovers across the region, underscoring Toales ongoing role as a cornerstone of Dundalk’s underground live music scene, regularly hosting both rising talent and established performers alike.

Over recent months, the venue has welcomed diverse lineups spanning rock, metal, punk, acoustic and electronic music, making it one of County Louth’s go-to spots for cheap original live entertainment.
