Dundalk Institute of Technology (DkIT) will be hosting its Spring Open Evening for 2026 on Wednesday 22nd April from 4 to 7pm.

This year's Spring Open Evening offers a hands-on, interactive experience for visitors to explore the areas they wish to study by immersing themselves in their subject of interest through guided tours and specialised talks. Introductory talks for each school will take place at 4pm, 5pm and 6pm.

Students can tailor their open evening experience by selecting their preferred area of study during online sign-up. Taster sessions will be available across all of the four schools- School of Business and Humanities, School of Engineering, School of Health and Science and School of Informatics and Creative Arts.

Following in person registration on 22nd April, groups will receive an introductory talk from the Head of School and then break off into smaller groups to learn more during specific subject area tours. Each subject area tour and talk will take around 50 minutes.
