Sean O’Sullivan, Bennett’s Cottage, Dublin Road, Haggardstown, Co. Louth, passed away peacefully on 2nd April 2026, at his home, in the loving care of his devoted family. Sean son of the late Alice and Paddy, beloved partner and best friend of Marie Griffin, dear father of Aishling (Niall) and Karen (Fergus), loving grandad of Ryan, Leah, Darcy and Ben, brother of the late Dominic and Jennifer, and Marie’s children Conor (Geraldine) Fionnuala (Chris) and Barry (Vicky) and their children.
He will be fondly remembered and deeply missed by his heartbroken partner, daughters, grandchildren, sons-in-law, Aishling and Karen’s mother Marie, extended family, neighbours and many friends whose lives were enriched by his kindness, warmth and gentle presence.
Sean will repose at his home (A91 HY93) on Friday from 5pm until 8pm. HOUSE PRIVATE AT ALL OTHER TIMES. Removal on Saturday at 11.45am from his home to St. Fursey’s Church, Haggardstown (A91 XH75), arriving for Funeral Liturgy at 12 noon, followed by private Cremation.

Peter McCague, Dawsons Demense, Ardee, Co. Louth. 2nd April 2026. Peacefully in the Mater Hospital, Dublin. Predeceased by his parents Frank and Bridget, brothers Francie, Brendan and Paul, sisters Joan, Kitty and Ann. Sadly missed by his loving family, his brothers Martin, Paddy, Gerard and Sean, sisters Mary, Rita and Breda, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, grand-nephews, grand-nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at Tenanty's Funeral Home, Market Square, Ardee (Eircode A92 N977) on Sunday from 4.00 pm to 8.00 pm. Removal on Monday morning at 9.30 am to the Church of the Nativity of our Lady, Ardee arriving for Funeral Mass at 10.00 am
Burial afterwards in Ballapousta Cemetery.

Lt Col (Rtd) David Griffin Ravensdale, Dundalk and formerly of Ennis, Co. Clare
Passed away peacefully at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital on Thursday, 2nd April 2026, surrounded by the love of his family.
Predeceased by his parents Liam and Sheila, brothers Derry, Mike and Anthony, sister Jean, and his godson Ronan.
Beloved and dear husband of Celine (née Dorrian), and loving father of Ian, Fergus and Clare.
David will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by his wife, sons, daughters, son-in-law Mark, daughters-in-law Eva and Laura, his adored granddaughter Hannah, brothers Willie, Martin and John, sisters Kathleen, Mary and Molly, brothers and sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and many wonderful friends.
Reposing at Shevlin’s Funeral Home, Barrack Street [A91 Y3CX] on Easter Sunday from 3pm to 7pm.

A celebration of David’s life will take place on Easter Monday in Lakelands Crematorium, Dublin Road, Cavan [H12 RF78] at 1pm.
No flowers please, donations in lieu to Irish Lung Fibrosis Association.
