On Saturday evening Greenore Coast Guard assisted Dublin/Wicklow Mountain Rescue Team to evacuate an injured hiker from Slieve Foy mountain on the Cooley Peninsula in north Louth.
Gardai were also in attendance.
Remember if you get in trouble or you see someone in difficulty ring 999/112 and ask for the Coast Guard.
