A van driver has been fined after they were spotted using their phone as they passed a school in Dundalk that was finishing for the day, according to local gardai.
"Dundalk Roads Policing Unit were on patrol in Dundalk recently when they saw the driver of this van using their phone as they passed a school finishing for the day.
"The driver was stopped and issued a fine."
