Dunleer Tidy Towns to hold awards night

The Dunleer Tidy Towns are holding their Community Awards night in the Grove House, on Wednesday 30th November 2022 at 7.30pm.

It has been 3 years since their last Community Awards and they say they are looking forward to welcoming people back.

This is the 44th year of Tidy Towns Dunleer.

The event is open to all in the Community to attend.

It promises to be a very good community night with resentations and food the order of the night.

On the night, you can see a slide show of how Dunleer looked during the Summer.

The markings of the National Tidy Towns Competition will also be revealed.

Included in the evening will be the Garden Competition Winners over the Summer months with pictures of the Gardens.

There will be special Awards for volunteer of the year, shop front presentation and best presented estate.

Cllr. Bernie Conlon from Dunleer will attend along with other public representatives on the night.

All the Estate Committees have also been invited to attend.

All business owner and their friends and families will also be invited to attend.

“We look forward to showing you all the garden’s of the winners of their respective Estates.”

Anyone who lives in or near Dunleer is invited to come along and join in the fun.
