Five Louth residences going to auction in online sale

Five properties across Co Louth are going to auction this month in an online sale organised by property portal youbid.ie. 

Two of the residences are located in the popular Ath Lethan development on the outskirts of Dundalk, close to the town’s racecourse. 

Bidding for Number 186 Ath Lethan – a modern, two-bedroom flat in walk-in condition – begins at €150,000. The ground-floor apartment has an entrance hall, open-plan living room and kitchen and dining area, plus wooden and tiled flooring throughout. 

Less than five minutes’ walk away is Number 41 Ath Lethan –  a three-bedroom home with an advised minimum value (AMV) of €155,000. The two-storey property has an entrance hall, sitting room, kitchen and dining room, a guest WC, two bathrooms and off-street parking.
