The Renault Scenic E-Tech is the latest EV to receive the government’s full Electric Vehicle Grant.
The Electric Vehicle Grant will slash up to £3,750 off the price of a new EV priced under £37,000, although the vehicle and manufacturer have to meet certain criteria to receive the full amount.
Customers who order a Renault Scenic E-Tech can now save £3,750, with prices starting at £33,245 for the entry-level ‘Techno’ variant, while the mid-range Techno Esprit Alpine comes in at £36,235 and flagship Iconic Esprit Alpine cars are priced at £38,245.
The Scenic E-Tech is one of the best electric SUVs on the market, thanks to its vast amount of interior space, premium-feeling cabin and excellent efficiency. All models are hooked up to an 87kWh battery pack with an electric motor to provide a claimed range of up to 382 miles on a single charge.
Standard equipment across the range includes a 12-inch infotainment system with Google Built-in, two-zone climate-controlled air conditioning and an Arkamys premium audio system.
The mid-level Techno Esprit Alpine gains 20-inch alloy wheels and sports seats, while flagship Iconic Esprit Alpine cars boast a digital rear view mirror, a Harman Kardon premium sound system and a 360-degree parking camera.
The Renault Scenic is available to order now with the ECG savings, while deliveries will commence later this year.
