The Skoda Elroq and Enyaq electric SUVs have received upgrades to their on-board tech, storage features and connectivity.
The Elroq and Enyaq are two popular SUVs in their sectors, offering comfortable driving experiences, efficient powertrains and lots of practical features.
For 2026, both models now boast a new and improved Android-based infotainment system, bringing a new look, redesigned home screen and grid layout to make it more intuitive to use.
A standard vehicle-to-load (V2L) function now enables the cars’ battery packs to power electrical devices via a charging port adapter or 230-volt luggage-compartment socket, allowing items such as camping equipment or a coffee machine to be plugged into the car.
Practicality has improved with the introduction of a 21-litre frunk under the bonnet, providing another place to stow the charging cables. There is also a cooled 25W wireless phone charger and new corner radar sensors in the front and rear bumpers to detect oncoming vehicles at junctions.
The regenerative braking system has also been tweaked with two recuperation levels, allowing for one-pedal driving. Essentially, this feature allows the driver to speed up or slow down simply by using the throttle, without much need for the traditional foot brake.
Powertrains will remain the same, with the Elroq and Enyaq both receiving the option of 63kWh and 82kWh battery packs, providing claimed electric ranges of up to 270 miles and 360 miles, respectively.
The updated Skoda Elroq and Enyaq models will be available to order in June, with deliveries to commence later in the year.
