Bus Éireann now accepting job applications from aspiring bus drivers

Ireland's largest bus service is now accepting applications from people interested in becoming bus drivers.

Bus Éireann has recently launched a recruitment campaign encouraging people interested in a driving career to submit an application for a driver role or a place on a driver training course.

The minimum requirement for applying is a car licence, however ongoing training and development will be provided to successful applicants.

Applications are being accepted from D licence drivers, with B and C licence-holders urged to apply for the Bus Éireann training proramme.

Bus Éireann reportedly offers a 39 hour working week as well as competitive pay and employee benefits.

Successful applicants will receive comprehensive training in vehicle and route familiarisation, customer care, and health and safety.
