Gardaí have issued an urgent appeal to the public for assistance in locating Lidiya Mehari, who was reported missing from Listowel, Co Kerry since Saturday.
The 12 year-old was last seen on John B Keane Road in Listowel at 4pm on Saturday afternoon.
Lidiya is described as being 5 foot tall with a slim build. She has shoulder-length black hair and brown eyes.
When last seen, Lidiya was wearing a blue Kerry GAA jersey and black shorts.
Gardaí said in a statement that Lidiya's family are "concerned for her welfare".
Anyone with information on Lidiya’s whereabouts is asked to contact Listowel Garda Station at 068 50820, the Garda Confidential Line at 1800 666 111, or any Garda Station.
