A man is due to appear before the Criminal Courts of Justice in Dublin this morning, October 11.
The man aged in his 20s has been charged with the murder of twenty two year old Mary Ward in Belfast earlier this month.
The mother of one died September 25 but her body was not discovered until six days later when police visited her home for an unrelated matter.
The man charged with her murder also resides in Belfast but was tracked down and arrested by gardaí in Dublin on Wednesday, October 9.
