A Lotto player is celebrating this Sunday after they won more than €80,000 in Saturday's draw - but it could have been so much more!
The National Lottery has revealed the Dublin player was just one number short of winning the main jackpot - a life-changing €2 million.
However, they did win a €81,820 prize after they matched 5 numbers and the bonus. The player purchased their Quick Pick ticket on Saturday - hours ahead of the draw - at the Centra store in Corduff, Blackcourt Avenue, Dublin 15.
For the record, the winning numbers in Saturday's Lotto draw were: 5, 9, 25, 36, 37, 40. The Bonus was 33.
