Investigations are underway after a fire broke out at an army camp housing asylum seekers in county Wicklow.
A fire broke out in the canteen of the Emergency Accommodation and Reception Centre (EARC) in Kilbride Military Camp on Monday evening, November 25.
According to a Defence Forces spokesperson, An Garda Síochána, the Fire Brigade and Military Police all responded to the incident.
The fire was extinguished by 10pm Monday night by Wicklow Fire Service, and there are no reports of injuries.
"All International Protection applicants and Defence Forces personnel are safe and accounted for," the Defence Forces spokesperson said.

"A damage assessment and investigation is currently ongoing".
A spokesperson for An Garda Síochana said they were alerted "by the Fire Service to a fire at a building complex in Kilbride" at around 7.30pm on Monday evening.
"Once feasible, a technical examination will be carried, the results of which will guide the garda investigation," they said.
