Gardaí while on patrol in Middleton, County Cork, can upon a driver driving their vehicle with extensive damage, even missing a tyre!
Gardaí made the arrest as the they suspected the driver was intoxicated while driver.

When stopped, he was arrested on the suspicion of driving while intoxicated."
