ALERT: Gardai in urgent appeal amid concern for well-being of missing girl

Olivia Loughrey, 16, was last seen seen in County Sligo on Monday

Gardaí are seeking the public's assistance in tracing the whereabouts of a 16-year-old girl who has not been seen for a number of days. 

Olivia Loughrey, who was last seen in Teeson, County Sligo on Monday afternoon, is described as being approximately 5 foot 7 inches in height, with a slim build, blonde hair and blue eyes. 

In an appeal, issued this Thursday evening, gardai say both they and Olivia's family are concerned for her well-being.

They say the teenager has a number of piercings and typically wears glasses. It is not known what she was wearing when last seen.

Anyone with any information on Olivia's whereabouts is asked to contact Sligo garda station on 071 915 7000, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any garda station.
